We ship orders from the (United States) Monday through Friday with: United Parcel Service (UPS), Fedex or DHL and shipping rates are calculated at the checkout page.
Since we do our best to ensure you will receive your package as promptly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been successfully placed.
Our goal is to give the highest level of responsiveness to you the customer during the ordering process. We try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible for customer satisfaction.
The time frame for shipping and delivery of your order as follows:
Processing time: (1 - 3 business days) Please allow 1- 3 days for processing before your order ships. Order verification, quality check on product and packaging. *A tracking number will emailed to you once the processing time is complete.
Delivery time of International Orders can vary, please see the estimated times of shipping at the checkout page.
We are not responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed and LVLX CURVES does not take responsibility for late delivery times and we will not issue a shipping refund.
Taxes and Duties:
Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will receive a store credit for the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges and taxes incurred by us from the shipping company.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve delivery time issues. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier and file a claim:

All International Orders are Final Sale. There are no exceptions unless we sent the wrong item to you. If this happens we will issue a refund to you.
