You may return your order within 15 days after your order was delivered. All returns are refunded as Store Credit only. Once we receive your return an email with your store credit information will be sent to you within 1-2 business days of receiving your return. The Store Credit is the total amount you paid for your order.

- No stains or markings inside or outside of shapewear or waist trainer
- Not stretched out
- No unusual smells or pet hair
- Original packing
- Must be in perfect condition
- Must return within 15 days of the date you received your order.

All items with prices ending in $0.99 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.
If you received a defective, damaged or wrong item. Please email us email@example.com immediately within 3 days of receiving your item so we can address and assist you with the issue as soon as possible.
At the moment we DO NOT process exchanges. Should you wish to select a different item. Return your original order to receive store credit and place a new order on our website. We will ship your package to you as promptly as possible.
Shipping Back your Item:

The customer is responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them. *We suggest that all items returned should use a trackable shipping service.
