We ship orders Monday through Friday with: United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS), Fedex and DHL *Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are Non Business Days.
$8.00 for Standard Shipping (3 - 6) Business Days.
Free Shipping on All Orders $100 or More (3 -6) Business Days.
Our goal is to give the highest level of responsiveness to you the customer during the ordering process. We try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible for customer satisfaction.
The time frame for shipping and delivery of your order as follows:
Processing time: (1 - 2 business days) Please allow 1-2 days for processing before your order ships. Order verification, quality check on product and packaging. *A tracking number will emailed to you once the processing time is complete. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update. If you can't find or locate your tracking information please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you your tracking number.
Delivery time: (3 - 6 business days) for orders in the United States.
We are not responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed and LVLXCURVES does not take responsibility for late delivery times and we will not issue a shipping refund.
We want you to happily receive your order. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
LVLX CURVES does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. LVLX CURVES also cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been "delivered" to address we have on file from your order information.

1) If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Please ensure your address is correct upon placing your order.
2) We provide shipping options for you to have a signature required for confirmation of your order at the time of delivery if you would like that option.
3) Please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve delivery time issues. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier and file a claim:
